We Taught GPT to Speak Fluent Veterinarian – So Your Dog’s Newsletter Doesn’t Sound Like a Legal Document

How we created AI-powered content for veterinary clinics

Or: How We Translate Expert Jargon into Clicks, Smiles, and Bookings

Let’s be honest:
If you’ve ever read a veterinary clinic’s website or newsletter, you know what we mean.
It’s either:
🧠 “Atopic dermatitis in canines presents as a hypersensitive immunological response…”
or:
🐾 “We love pets! Call us!”

Somewhere between clinical Latin and cheesy stock pet love, there’s a sweet spot.
And that’s where we come in.

The Problem: Too Much Expertise, Not Enough Connection

One of our clients – a German group of vet clinics with an amazing team and loyal community had a simple goal:
🩺 Share real knowledge with their patients humans
💌 Stay in touch with their clients
💡 Drive bookings without sounding like a flyer at a dog food trade fair

What they didn’t have?
A herd of copywriters. Or someone to say: “Let’s not use the word ‘pathophysiological.’ Ever.”

How We Used AI(Responsibly) to Build Their Voice

In order to streamline content production, we trained AI to take expert notes and transform them into:

  • 🔄 Social media posts with friendly, trust-building language
  • 🐕 Newsletters that sound like a vet you’d actually want to talk to
  • 💬 FAQs written in normal human sentences, not exam prep
  • 📆 Seasonal campaigns (think: “Tick season is here – don’t freak out”) that actually get read

And yes, we double-check everything with humans. No robot diagnoses here.

What Makes It Work

The magic isn’t just in AI.
It’s in how we feed it, guide it, and reshape it while constantly growing a knowledge base

Because we’re not just a techy agency but love to create solutions that work long-term.
We’re an interdisciplinary team – people who think like strategists, write like humans, and actually enjoy reading a vet’s 3-page PDF on worm prevention.
(Well… most of us.)

We combine:

  • Veterinary input
  • Client feedbacks and reviews
  • Brand strategy
  • A whole lot of tone-of-voice tuning
To create content that sounds informed, caring, and unboring.

🎯 TL;DR:
We taught AI to help veterinary clinics communicate better.
Now their newsletters are clicked, their Instagram is alive—and nobody misses the old copy.
