Bessere Auffindbarkeit, verständliche Leistungsdarstellung und eine Arbeitgebermarke, die nicht nach „Ainimal-Care-Stockfoto" klingt.

Why do we enjoy this project so much?
CADOMO is a prime example of how effective, target-group-oriented communication isn't a luxury reserved for established brands – it's a growth tool. When networks of physician practices scale, friction, ambiguity, and inconsistency inevitably arise. Our task was to address both issues simultaneously: externally and internally.
We developed an information architecture across all locations that guides patients quickly without sacrificing local specifics. We conceived of onboarding as a product – not as a PDF repository, but as a structured system that truly enables new employees to become productive more quickly.
And we have built a social media system that can represent multiple practices without every post triggering a new, creative, fundamental discussion.
What we particularly appreciate about CADOMO is that the team understands that excellent medical care and effective communication are not mutually exclusive. This openness makes all the difference – and it shows in the results.
