AILIVIO is designed as a digital companion that supports seniors in shaping their everyday lives independently and with enjoyment – from fitness, nutrition, and mental health to travel, learning, and reliable services.
How we achieved this:
Market and target group modeling: Identifying the potential in the DACH region (people aged 65+, smartphone/app usage) and clearly segmenting it into primary (seniors aged 65–90) and secondary target groups (relatives aged 30 and over).
Value proposition & feature set: Structuring the core services (including an AI chat assistant, personalized recommendations, senior-friendly UX, curated providers, and a community) as a transparent product logic.
Monetization & revenue streams: Building a freemium/premium model (premium, for example, €4.99/month) plus additional revenue streams such as affiliate deals, advertising revenue, and shop functionality.
Go-to-market and growth assumptions: Derivation of conversion and revenue assumptions, as well as an MVP/PoC phase plan (proof of concept, premium expansion, partner integration, shop expansion).
Investment story and use of funds: Formulation of financial requirements and ticket size, including use of funds (engineering, DevOps, content, sales/marketing, operating costs), as a clear basis for investors' decisions.
