Vermehren Consulting wanted to make it clear in a shorter time what they stand for, what exactly they offer and why one should work with them – without buzzwords, without explanatory loops.
Goal
Develop a mobile solution that makes plant ownership easier and lowers the "my plants always die" hurdle – with a smart guide that combines selection, care and support in one experience.

We aimed for a clear, marketable presentation of our offering (website/presentation/LinkedIn) that provides immediate orientation: Who are they, what solutions do they offer, for whom, and how does collaboration work?
How we achieved this:
Positioning condensed: Target audience, benefits, differentiation, and proof translated into a compelling core story.
Offer architecture built: Services structured to feel intuitive yet precise (packages, onboarding, next steps).
Messaging system created: Headline set, value propositions, use cases, objections/answers – a modular system for website and sales.
Editorial logic: Topics that demonstrate expertise without being didactic (thought leadership approaches, content pillars, simple formats).
