We built VON LOEBELL Design from the ground up: brand, look & feel, language, shop, and all communication. We weren't just a "service provider on the sidelines," but an external CMO unit – strategically leading, operationally hands-on, with a clear focus on growth and brand quality.
Goal: To create a distinctive, recognizable brand that immediately feels like "real design" – and simultaneously sells effectively: clear positioning, a cohesive product world, professional e-commerce (Shopify), and communication that generates desire without feeling contrived.
How we achieved it:
Brand developed from the ground up: Positioning, brand promise, tone of voice, and narratives crafted to work – across website, social media, newsletters, PR, and sales.
Design system established: Visual identity, layout logic, imagery, and detail standards defined to ensure everything has a unified feel (rather than being "cobbled together").
Shopify e-commerce implementation: Shop structure, customer journey, product presentation, category system, UX microtexts, and conversion basics were developed – with the goal of creating a luxurious feel while remaining easy to purchase.
Communication management: Messaging, campaign logic, newsletter and content formats were developed and continuously managed – with a focus on clarity, brand recognition, and sales.
External CMO role: Prioritized tasks, managed the roadmap and launches, coordinated service providers, and accelerated decision-making – ensuring the brand and shop were not only visually appealing but also market-ready.
