Concept, sponsorship setup and communication strategy for a startup event

This is what it was about:

For the LIQUID FUTURE Conference, we designed a two-day event format for beverage startups and translated it into a marketable structure. The focus was on a curated program, clear target group management, and a sponsorship setup that is attractive and easy to understand for partners.

Our approach: To create a new, high-quality industry event that quickly gains momentum: attracting relevant brands and visitors, communicating a clear story, and securing 3–5 sponsors who support the format.

How we achieved this:

Format & Positioning: We refined the event as a curated, future-oriented format for beverage brands (content, benefits, differentiation) – ensuring it doesn't come across as "just another trade fair."

Target Group and Value Logic: We clearly separated B2B and B2C benefits and integrated them into a simple communication architecture (why exhibitors attend, why visitors attend, why partners sponsor).

Sponsorship Setup: We developed sponsorship packages, benefits, visibility opportunities, and a compelling narrative – including a pitch structure for initial contact and follow-ups.


Communication strategy: Core messages, tone of voice, content pillars, and channel planning defined to enable parallel communication efforts and ticket/partner acquisition.

Project structure & implementation: Roles, milestones, and priorities organized to allow a small team (project management, sales, communications) to work efficiently and prioritize the most critical drivers.
