V.IEW is a luxury property overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. For its market launch, the property wasn't traditionally "advertised," but rather staged as a cultural experience: An artist lives and works on-site, painting in the spaces and making the location tangible through her art. The launch culminates in a curated event presenting the property as a complete experience.

Our goal: To emotionally charge the property and anchor it in the right environment: visibility among relevant opinion leaders, a clear cultural framework instead of interchangeable luxury communication, and a launch that generates desire—without being loud.

How we achieved it:

Brand concept & narrative: Development of the V.IEW brand, including a core idea, tone of voice, and storyline that connects art, architecture, and lifestyle, giving the property its own unique identity.

Communication support: Planning and management of all communication surrounding the artist-in-residence program: announcements, ongoing insights, invitation communication, launch event, and follow-up.

Experience design as marketing: The property is used as a stage, and the program is structured so that visitors experience the space through atmosphere, interaction, and process—not through abstract language.

Network & guest curation: Strategically invited opinion leaders, members of the press, and relevant multipliers from our network to create a high-quality impression and generate organic reach.

Event and launch logic: Developing a clear narrative from the "Open Studio/Visits" to the opening reception as the culmination, to build anticipation and position the project within the city.
