Veheri is a teleradiology platform in the veterinary sector. We are supporting Veheri as a consulting partner in the strategic realignment of its marketing, sales, and communication: clear positioning, clean funnel logic, measurable lead conversion, and a setup that can scale with a tech product.

Goal

Veheri aims to specifically reach B2B decision-makers (hospital managers, practice owners, purchasing managers) and turn visibility into predictable demand: more qualified demo requests, better lead quality and a communication structure that makes the product understandable, trustworthy and purchasable.

We are supporting Veheri as a consulting partner in the strategic realignment of their marketing, sales, and communications: clear positioning, clean funnel logic, measurable lead conversion, and a setup that scales with a tech product.

Strategy & Diagnosis: Analysis of web structure (including domain/page logic), messaging, existing channels, and conversion paths – with a focus on friction points in the customer journey.

Persona and Journey Setup: Precise B2B personas developed, and the journey structured along clear phases (Consideration → Purchase → Usage/Reporting → Maintenance).

Funnel Architecture: Landing pages, lead magnets, and the CTA system (Book a Demo, Newsletter, Direct Sign-up) designed so that marketing and sales operate as one system, not two separate departments.

AI/Tech Translation: Complex tech performance translated into clear value proposition (outcome over features) while simultaneously building a proof/trust layer (quality, speed, processes, security).

Content and Campaign Plan: SEO and campaign logic (Google/LinkedIn) plus a social content plan for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook were created – personalized for each persona and phase, with reusable formats and measurable hypotheses.

Operational Enablement: Templates, a messaging toolkit, and a priority plan were created to enable the team to quickly implement and iterate (test, learn, scale).
