A consistent, scalable external presence (patients, applicants) and a clearer internal system (enabling new employees to act more quickly, reducing friction, and increasing brand recognition). Simultaneously: improved search engine visibility, a clear presentation of services, and an employer brand that doesn't sound like a "healthcare stock photo."

A consistent, scalable presence for CADOMO (patients, applicants) and a clearer internal system (enabling new employees to become active more quickly, reducing friction, and increasing brand recognition). Simultaneously: improved search engine visibility, a clear presentation of services, and an employer brand that doesn't sound like a "healthcare stock photo."
Information architecture across all practices: a structure created that guides patients quickly (locations, services, doctors, processes, contact/Doctolib) and reduces redundancy – without losing important local differences.
Website setup & content consolidation: content unified, priorities set, texts/modules standardized, and structured to facilitate the later integration of new practices.
Employee onboarding conceived as a product: onboarding content, processes, and communication logic structured so that new employees quickly understand how Cadomo works (roles, standards, tools, culture, first few weeks).
Information architecture across all practices: a structure created that guides patients quickly (locations, services, tools, culture, first few weeks). Employer Branding: We developed the employer promise, tone of voice, and argumentation (why Cadomo, what makes it different, what's it really like to work there) and translated it into concrete recruiting formats.
Social Media System: We established thematic pillars, formats, and editorial logic that can reflect multiple practices (team, insights, expertise, patient focus) – with clear guidelines to ensure consistency.
Operational Enablement: We created templates, text/design guidelines, and a clear implementation plan so the team doesn't have to start from scratch with every post/page.
