Full branding, business case, go-to-market and launch setup
Project Description:
We built Taco Kween from the ground up: brand development, visual identity, language, offering logic, and the complete foundation for a sustainable business. In parallel, we developed the business case to transform a strong idea into a robust model.
Goal: To create a brand that makes an immediate impact (recognition, attitude, culture) and, at the same time, a realistic business model: clearly defined target groups, sound economics, defined channels, and concrete next steps leading to a sale.
How we achieved it:
Brand Core & Positioning: Defined the brand promise, tone of voice, story, and clear differentiation in the market (not "just another food brand," but a distinct character).
Design & Brand System: Built a visual system that is scalable (packaging/print/social media/store/website) and remains consistent even with rapid growth.
Offering Logic & Product Logic: Developed the menu/product structure, bundles, pricing logic, and upsell mechanisms – with a focus on margins and operations.
Business Case & Financial Logic: Cost structure, revenue assumptions, scenarios, break-even logic, and a priority plan were developed – as a basis for investors, partners, and decision-making.
Go-to-Market: Launch plan, channel strategy, content and campaign logic, and initial sales assets (pitch/deck/partner approach) were established.
