Die Herausforderung: eine Marke aufbauen, die adaptive Funktion als modernes Design erzählt – nicht als Hilfsmittel. Und das Ganze in einen performanten E-Commerce übersetzen, der Vertrauen erzeugt und wirklich konvertiert.

Why do we enjoy this project so much?
YOROKANI is one of those projects where you immediately sense a genuine idea behind it. Magnetic clothing for people whose everyday lives are made a challenge by buttons – it sounds niche, but it's actually a question of dignity and self-determination. And that's precisely what we wanted to communicate.
Our work began with a clear positioning decision: Yorokani is not a tool. Yorokani is fashion – with a smart closure.
This framing determined everything: the brand story, the language, the packaging, the visual system, and the entire Shopify store. The customer journey follows a simple logic: Understand → Trust → Buy.
The fact that Yorokani won the German Design Award and the German Innovation Award in 2022 shows that the concept has worked. Design and function are not mutually exclusive – they reinforce each other. That is the lesson we learned from this project.
