Why do we enjoy this project so much?
AILIVIO is not a typical agency project – it's a concept that we conceived, modeled, and brought to life ourselves. The underlying question is one that truly motivates us: Why is there still no compelling digital platform that takes seniors seriously as a self-determined, active target group – and not as someone in need of care?
We developed the entire business case from scratch: market potential in the DACH region, target group segmentation (seniors aged 65-90 plus family members), feature set, UX logic, freemium model, revenue streams and a concrete MVP phase plan.
This includes an investment story with a clear use of funds – formulated as a genuine basis for decision-making, not as a wish list.
What AILIVIO demonstrates: We don't just think in terms of brands and communication. We think in terms of business models. And if an idea is strong enough, we also build the case for it.
