Why do we enjoy this project so much?
Silbermann Fashion is an established fashion house with a loyal customer base – and that was precisely the starting point for everything we built. Not a brand from scratch, but a brand that should finally make its substance visible. Digital, bilingual, clear.
We completely redesigned the website: nine pages – from the home page and lookbook (women's, men's, accessories) to the Silbermann Circle – brand-compliant screen design, new web copy with a consistent tone, technical WordPress implementation including SEO basics, GDPR compliance, and CRM integration. This also included a complete English translation with SEO parameters.
In parallel, we conceived and implemented the Silbermann Circle: a membership program for loyal customers, developed based on an analysis of existing customer data, CRM structure, and newsletter data. We developed two to three membership models, defined benefits, status logic, and touchpoints, planned the entire customer journey from onboarding to reactivation, and technically integrated all systems: website, newsletter tool, CRM, and point-of-sale system. We supported the launch with social media and newsletter communication.
Silbermann demonstrates what happens when website and customer loyalty are considered together from the very beginning.
