Taco Kween kam mit dem Wunsch nach Unterstützung, um das Catering-Business in Berlin strategisch weiterzuentwickeln: klarer positioniert, sexier in der Marke, größer im Denken — und gleichzeitig operativ und finanziell sauberer aufgestellt. Ziel war, aus einem reputationsgetriebenen „Event-Hustle“ ein skalierbares System zu machen, das planbar verkauft und nachhaltig funktioniert.

Why did we enjoy this project so much?

Positioning therapists is a discipline in itself. It's about striking a delicate balance: enough personality to build trust – but no self-promotion that overshadows the other person. Enough clarity about the services offered, without sounding clinically detached. Enough warmth, without becoming vague or impersonal.

We found exactly that balance for Helen. We developed her positioning, her value proposition, and her tone of voice, and condensed everything into a simple core story:

A therapist who provides support on equal terms – for people in difficult life situations who desire a safe and clear space. Individual therapy, group therapy, integrative Gestalt therapy – structured, accessible, and without fear of contact.

The result is a website that reveals who Helen is before anyone even asks. And a communication system that grows with her – without requiring any rethinking each time.
